Group Policy

Group Policies are post-login policies (permissions, authorizations and restriction) that are applied after login in. Example: Websites that I have access to, bookmarks, protocols (ssh, http, https) if none applied to the users, it will use the default policy. DftGrpPolicy is the default.

Connection Profile

Connection Profiles are the pre-login policies (aka Tunnel Groups). Example: The groups I have access to, how I can authenticate, custom urls I have access to. if none applied to the users, it will use the default policy. DAP is first. If not DAP, it goes to custom profile and default
